Teaching
Nearly a decade of experience spanning private tutoring, teaching assistant experiences, and curriculum development at Cornell and Fordham. I create original materials and resources to support diverse learners in urban theory and planning courses. Prepared to teach urban theory, qualitative research methods, and transportation studies, with enthusiasm for expanding into additional areas based on departmental needs.
Mentoring
My approach draws from my own multicultural experiences and extensive work with international students from diverse background. I create inclusive environments where students develop their scholarly voice while honoring their cultural identity. As a mentor, I emphasize patient, responsive guidance that values diverse perspectives and supports students in navigating the explicit and implicit expectations of academic life.
